Leadership Spokane is a training program and alumni network, founded in 1982. The Leadership Spokane Adult Program is an intensive, 10-month long training for 50 emerging and established leaders from business, government and community organizations  Today, more than 800 program alumni serve throughout the region. The Leadership Spokane Youth Program, launched in 1996, serves 30 high-school sophomores, juniors and seniors each year.

Leadership Spokane raises awareness of the challenges and opportunities that face the region and inspires action by:

  • Developing individual citizen-leadership potential for the benefit of the community.
